For this challenging position you will take overall responsibility for the planning, execution and reporting of international clinical studies (phase I-IV) needed to support regulatory submissions. You will ensure that all timelines, budgets and quality goals are met for assigned projects by closely monitoring all study related activities. This role also includes participation in the identification and selection of CROs as well as the resource management of the project team. In addition you will ensure efficient communication between all persons involved in the clinical program. We are looking for a goal-oriented, talented professional who holds a life science degree in biology, pharmacy or nursing with at least five years clinical trial experience and proven track record in the management of complex clinical studies. Experience in oncology is a plus. The applicant should be trustworthy, have good organizational skills and be able to effectively lead teams to meet corporate goals and quality standards. In addition, you can demonstrate initiative and independently follow up project tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to operate within a constantly expanding and changing environment. Fluency in written and spoken English is required and availability for some international travel is essential.
