Part of R&D and Project Teams, in this newly created position you assure the success of parenteral nutrition business. You are a key player within the Industrial Development Group, focusing on the development of new products for global markets and insure high quality commercial products. This development starts from the lab / small pilot scale to full-scale production stage, including manufacturing processes, in process control, validation, specifications of final products and build NDA. You report to the Industrial Development Manager
In particular your are responsible of the following:
- Develop new products for global markets from the lab / small pilot scale to full-scale production stage, including manufacturing processes, in process control, validation, specifications of final products and build NDA. - Improve and validate modifications of existing commercialized products. - Work in close relationships with Manufacturing, Sterility Assurance, Engineering, R&D, Project Leaders, RA, QA and other functions in Project Teams for new products and change control for any existing products (supplier changes, materials and process changes as well as quality issues on existing products). - Build documentation for new products and changes on existing products in agreement with GMPs and regulations. - Follow Product Development Process, as established for drugs within Baxter Global Organization. - Contribute to the building of the newly created Industrial Development team. - Contribute to the building of a GMP large size Pilot Plant for solutions.
You have an engineering degree and minimum 5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, ideally in industrial development. Experience in sterile products is a must. Ideally, you have experience in parenteral products, sterility assurance, cGMPs, process validation and IV solutions. You have a good working knowledge in English and preferably French. You are synthetic, rigorous, and analytical. You have excellent communication skills, and are good in teamwork.
